This warning typically arises when Screens Connect has not refreshed its status on our server for an extended period. Normally, Screens Connect communicates with our server at least once a day to update its status. Several circumstances may impede this process:
- A network issue, such as being down or misconfigured
- Not being signed in with your Screens Connect Account
- Uninstallation of Screens Connect
- Blocking of access to screensconnect.com by a firewall, antivirus, or security app (such as Little Snitch)
If everything appears normal, you can attempt to sign out and back in to initiate a manual update to our server.
