Can I change the email associated to my Screens Connect Account?

It's not possible to change the email address associated with your Screens Connect Account; a new account must be created. We suggest the following procedure:

  1. Log out of your Screens Connect Account in all Screens and Screens Connect installations.
  2. Log into our Screens Connect Account management page and delete the account.
  3. Create a new Screens Connect Account with your preferred e-mail address.
  4. Use your newly created Screens Connect Account in Screens Connect and Screens.
