Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the email address associated with an existing Screens Connect account.
If you need to use a new email address, you’ll need to create a new account and sign in with that instead of your old one.
Steps to switch to a new Screens Connect account

Create a new account
Go to the following link and register with your new email address:

Sign out of your old account
In Screens Connect, make sure to sign out of the old account before signing in with your new one. -
Sign in with your new account
Use your new credentials to log in. This ensures that your devices remain properly connected. -
Delete the old account (optional)
Once you’ve confirmed everything is working, you can remove your old account here:

Important notes
- Make sure to use your new account credentials on all devices where you want to keep Screens Connect active.
- If you forget to sign out of your old account, you may run into connectivity issues.
