iCloud
If you're using iCloud to sync Screens settings:
- Open the Screens app Preferences.
- Under General > Storage, select Local Storage.
- Re-select iCloud.
If this doesn't help, make sure that:
- Your iCloud storage is not full
- That Screens is allowed to use iCloud:
- On your iPhone, iPad or Vision Pro: Go to Settings.app > Your Apple ID Account > iCloud
- On your Mac: Open System Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive > Options…
- If the option is already enabled, turn it off and back on again
- Try to sign out of iCloud and back in
