Dropbox
If you're using Dropbox to sync Screens settings:
- Open Screens Preferences.
- Under the Sync tab, click the Unlink button (Screens for macOS only).
- Select Use Local Storage.
- Re-select Dropbox.
- A browser tab/window will open to allow you to authorize Screens to access your Dropbox account. Authorize the application.
iCloud
If you're using iCloud to sync Screens settings:
- Open the Screens app Preferences.
- Under the Sync tab, select Use Local Storage.
- Re-select iCloud.
If this doesn't help, make sure that:
- Your iCloud storage is not full
- That Screens is allowed to use iCloud:
- On iOS: Go to Settings.app > Your Apple ID Account > iCloud
- On macOS: Open System Preferences > iCloud > iCloud Drive > Options…
- If the option is already enabled, turn it off and back on again
- Try to sign out of iCloud and back in
