Please note that Screens 4 is no longer available and has been replaced by Screens 5, a universal app for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Vision Pro.
This issue may occur when connecting to a Mac to which multiple monitors are attached. To workaround this issue, you can try to slightly arrange your monitors.
Re-arranging Displays
On macOS 13 Ventura or later
- Click this link to launch System Settings > Displays
- Click Arrange…
- Re-arrange the displays
- Reconnect to your Mac with Screens to see if the issue is gone
On macOS 12 Monterey or earlier
- Click this link to launch System Preferences > Displays
- Select Arrangement…
- Re-arrange the displays
- Reconnect to your Mac with Screens to see if the issue is gone
