Sending a crash report from your iOS device

If you encounter a crash with any of our apps on your iOS device and need to send a crash report, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
  2. Navigate to Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data.
  3. Look for the app name in question within the list to find the latest crash report. It will include the app name and the time of the crash.
  4. Tap on the crash report to open it, then select the Share button.
  5. Choose Mail from the sharing options and send a copy of the crash report to support@edovia.com.
  6. Please provide detailed information and steps to reproduce the issue along with the crash report.
