If you encounter a crash with any of our apps on your iOS device and need to send a crash report, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Navigate to Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data.
- Look for the app name in question within the list to find the latest crash report. It will include the app name and the time of the crash.
- Tap on the crash report to open it, then select the Share button.
- Choose Mail from the sharing options and send a copy of the crash report to support@edovia.com.
- Please provide detailed information and steps to reproduce the issue along with the crash report.
