Port mapping

Hi,
I just bought the iOS app, with is quite expensive. and now it seems I can't get the screens connect server to run.
I double checked and my router does support upnp. no option for enable/disable- is always enabled.

But the screens connect prefpane gives me a "Port Mapping Unavailble, see router settings".
Firewall is configured correctly.

Any idea on how to fix this?

    It sounds like your router might no in fact support port mapping, or that it isn't working for whatever reason. You could always try setting it up manually.
